We're excited to announce that the Nevada State AFL-CIO will launch a candidate training program to recruit, train, and run union members for public office. Regardless of when you run for office, this candidate training program will prepare you with almost everything you need to know to run as a candidate for public office! These classes will be held in-person at our Henderson office. For Northern Nevada, a hybrid option will be offered. *There is a $300 registration fee. Please make the check payable to: Nevada State AFL-CIO (1891 Whitney Mesa Dr., Henderson, NV 89014)
Classes are all day from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Nevada State AFL-CIO Henderson headquarters. We will provide breakfast and lunch to all students.
*Affiliates are encouraged to pay for their member. Alternative registration is also available.
